Some Holiday Samples

Every year, instead of presents to my over sized extended family, we choose a charity to make a contribution to in honor of the family name. I find we get so overwhelmed to pick out gifts for so many and this makes me feel like I am doing something worth while. It is always something personal, too. With Riley having started Kindergarten, I made a contribution to World Vision Canada to buy school books and feed a school group.

These cards were created skinny and long enough for a letter to be enclosed (along with our holiday wishes!) letting everyone know where their aid was given this year. The paper originated from a factory back in my mum's hometown (Bucksburn, Aberdeen) where many of my family have held jobs! Paper is in my blood naturally :o)
Sorry, for the picture quality but they were too long to fit in my shadow box :o(
