These Top Note purses were all the rage - I believe last summer. It was recently my sisters birthday and it was a perfect gift box for her dangly earrings! Since the color combo was already on my craft table when I needed to make a card for my cousin-in-law, I put together this 30th greeting. Both turned out very sweet for such lovely people!
