So I had said I would get the samples I made at my fundraiser up for all to view. It was so neat how many of the cards took another look by simply using a different stamp or the back side of the paper. Some very talented ladies came over and helped me raise a ton for Cystic Fibrosis. I am ever so grateful-Thank You!! I used the Say It with Scallops stamp set-the Ronald MacDonald House set for this catalogue and some green tones, chocolate chip and so saffron accents. I love this set because with the ease of the square scallop punch, cards are so easy to put together and it makes you fuzzy knowing that a donation is made from every stamp set sold to the wonderful children's charity. Working with kids, and being a mom, I have an extra soft spot for them. I'll never forget craving a milkshake and walking in to a McD's-very near my delivery date with Riley-and being asked to purchase a puppet and help donate. I looked at my belly and thought, really, how do I say 'no'! Anyway, back on track....the second card we made was a Buckle Card I saw on Splitcoast Stampers. It was posted by Beate Johns, a very talented stamper.
