I came across these photos while cleaning up some storage. With family all over, I tend to get many copies of special moments and then mail them off for all to see. This often leaves me with many extras sometimes. But now they can be used as practice-more layouts and such without always developing newer pics. I could do some pages that would just show a layout, but I tend to plan my page around what may be in, or was happening, when the photo was taken.
Riley adored ducks as a baby and it was one of his first words. The saying is from the Upsy Daisy stamp set, and the duck was a couple of punches as well as a free hand shape. The in color, Riding Hood Red, was a perfect base page for the picnic on Canada Day. If you have not tried your card stock in your printer yet-it is a must do. Makes the writing on pages simple and neat!! All the pages have been 8x8 size, so my photos often fill most space. Once the holidays wind down, and I find free time, I will try out some larger sized pages.
